Flow indicator water cooling is used to detect fluid flow rate in pipes, tanks, or other vessels. They also measure the volume of fluid passing through a pipe. It is usually a tiny disc that floats on top of the liquid and changes its angle depending on the flow rate. The angle is measured by a scale often printed on the device's surface.
