(1) First check whether the power supply is connected normally, and the air and water connections are normal. Then turn on the power, air compressor and water tap valves.

(2) Press the Adjust/Weld button to adjust to the adjustment file, and set parameters 1 to 8 according to the material required for butt welding, see the manual for specific settings. (Common materials have been stored in different specification numbers, and different specification numbers are selected according to different materials). According to the thickness of the material, adjust the appropriate welding distance. After adjustment, adjust the Adjust/Weld button to Weld.

(3) Put the welding materials, and step on the foot switch to weld.
