The tank chain cable is named after it is used in the protective shell of the cable tank chain, also known as the drag chain cable. After the cable is placed in the tank chain, it can still move back and forth with the tank chain, and it is not easy to wear. High flexibility and bending resistance are the performance of tank chain cables and are a special high-flexibility and bending-resistant cable used in many mechanical equipment tank chain systems.
The tank chain cable needs to be installed and used in a long-term cyclic reciprocating movement with the tank chain system. The design requirements of general tank chain cables are as follows:
01. Conductor:
Finely twisted strands of ultra-fine oxygen-free bare copper wires, in line with VDE 0295/CLASS 6 conductor standards;
02. Core wire:
(1) Core wire insulation: high-quality and high-mechanical performance hybrid elastomer/automobile/TPE and other material insulation;
(2) Core wire identification: refer to VDE 0293/DIN 47100 standard; G=with yellow/green two-color grounding protection mark, X=without yellow/green two-color grounding protection mark;
(3) Core wire structure: The design of the code mine tank chain cable adopts a flexible anti-twist structure, grouped gap filling, twisted pair structure, and other process structure designs, and the short pitch optimizes the cable forming design;
03. Shielding:
Tinned copper wire braided cable with a high-density shielding network layer (can be selected according to needs);
04. Sheath:
(1) Inner sheath: low-viscosity strong extrusion inner sheath (can be selected according to needs);
(2) Outer sheath: special modified elastomer material/polyurethane material;
