1、Frame: The frame of the belt press filter is mainly used to support and fix the press roller system and other parts.
2、Pressing roller system: It consists of rollers arranged in order from large to small diameter. When the sludge is held by the upper and lower filter belts and passes through the press rollers in turn, a pressure gradient from small to large is formed under the tension of the filter belt, so that the pressing force on the sludge in the dewatering process increases continuously and the water in the sludge is gradually removed.

11, air pressure system: The system is mainly composed of power source (storage tank, motor, air pump, etc.), execution components (cylinder) and air pressure control components (including pressure relays, pressure flow and directional control valves). Through the pneumatic control element, the air pressure, flow and direction are controlled to ensure that the pneumatic actuating element has a certain thrust and speed, and works normally according to the predetermined procedure. It is the power source to complete the filter belt tensioning and adjusting operation.

④The filter belt is clogged and the water cannot be filtered out, so that the water content of dewatering sludge rises, the operation should be stopped and the filter belt should be flushed carefully before putting it back into operation.
