This week's Buffalo Bills injury report starts with defensive tackle Star Lotulelei and his inability to get any kind of traction going this season because of a variety of health i sues that have held him back.The veteran defensive tackle, who will turn 32 this month, has been ruled out of Sunday's game with a toe injury.
