Wands are not class-specific, but they are preferred by Necromancers due to the fact that they can have up to three auto mods when used in conjunction with Necromancer skills. If you're a Necromancer, it's worth your time to look for a base Wand that has the auto mods you desire.

Strength, White, and Wind are all words that come to mind.
When it comes to damage, this section lists the possible damage ranges for a specific base weapon, with the average damage included for comparison. This allows for a more accurate comparison of the damage that a specific weapon will deal out over time.
Level: This is the character level required to use the item at the lowest level possible. In a finished Runeword item, the minimum level to equip with is either the base item's level or the level of the Runeword, whichever is higher in value.
Strength: This is the bare minimum in terms of Strength that the character must have to equip. Make sure you don't create an item that your character can't wear because the strength requirements are too high.(There are no Dexterity requirements for using wands.)
Sockets: This is the maximum number of sockets available, not the number of sockets that will be guaranteed. One can find an item that can roll with two sockets but can also roll with one, two, or three sockets. It is possible to use the Horadric Cube recipe to generate a random number of sockets in a Normal unsocketed base item, up to the maximum number of sockets possible. Conversely, when applying sockets to a Normal unsocketed base item with Larzuk in Act V, he will always install the maximum number of sockets possible. It is best not to give him an unsocketed Base item with a maximum of 3 sockets if you require a 2-socket item, or else you will be disappointed.
Unless otherwise specified, this is the weapon's default base speed, excluding any class modifiers. The higher the number, the faster the machine. While the effects of the weapon will vary depending on the class that wields it, this is a good starting point for comparison.
qLvl: The quality level of the base item is indicated by this number. This determines what level of mobs you must be killing in order for the item to have a chance of dropping. For example, the Secret Cow Level is one of the best levels for farming normal base D2R runes, and it is one of the most difficult levels to complete. qLvl 28 is good for Diablo 2 resurrected ladder items for sale up to normal Secret Cow Level, Nightmare is good for buy D2R ladder items up to qLvl 64 (most Exceptional base buy Diablo 2 resurrected Runewords), and Hell is good for Diablo 2 resurrected Runewords for sale up to elite Secret Cow Level 81 (most Elite base buy diablo 2 resurrected buy items).
